“Beneath Appearances” is an original blue abstract painting featuring layered circular forms, flowing organic lines, and varying shades of blue. This contemporary abstract artwork explores perception, perspective, and the hidden structures that exist beneath visible surfaces.
Circles are a shape that can be found throughout much of my art. In this original painting, “Beneath Appearances”, each opening offers a different viewpoint. These different views act as a reminder that in order to develop an understanding of something beyond surface level, sometimes a change in perspective is helpful.
“Beneath Appearances” invites the viewer in for a moment of contemplation, and to discover what emerges beneath visible layers.
