  • Do you ship worldwide?

-  Canvas prints, paper prints, framed, and unframed items are all eligible for international shipping. Shipping fees for items in the "Gallery"  being shipped outside of the United States will need to be discussed separately.
  • How long does shipping take?

-  Please allow for 3-5 business days for shipping. Find more shipping information here. 
  • What is your policy on returns?

- Returns are accepted if artwork received is damaged. To be eligible for a return you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received, please allow 7 days for processing. The customer is responsible for all cost associated with return shipping. For more information on return policies, click here.

  • Do you offer installment payment plans?

- Installment plans are offered for select original wall art canvas paintings. You can find artwork eligible for payment plans here as well as select wall art paintings that can be found here. Additionally, payments made for prints and canvas prints can be paid using Afterpay or Klarna. Should you choose to use a payment installment to purchase original wall art, we will discuss a payment frequency that works for both parties, a contract will be issued, and your first payment will be due at signing of the contract.

  • Does your artwork come framed?

- Framing is an option for select pieces of wall art. Please contact me to discuss framing options. Additionally, you can find framed prints here.

  • How should customers contact you about artwork or services?

- The best way to contact me with questions or concerns about artwork is via email. If you have any questions about art, the availability of art pieces, shipping questions, sizing options, or to request services please do not hesitate to get in touch with me!

  • What is live painting? What kind of events do you live paint for?

- Live painting is entertainment! It offers guests of events the opportunity to see an original painting being created in front of them. I am available to live paint for events such as festivals, galas, banquets, parties, etc. During the live painting experience viewers are encouraged to take photos, record video, give donations during the creation process, and highly encouraged to ask questions! - Canvas prints are reproductions of original canvas paintings. High quality photographs of original canvas paintings are taken then printed on canvas. Canvas prints provide a low-cost option for collecting art. They allow you collect art while also being budget friendly. Additionally, when you purchase canvas prints from Art Girl Shay, they include hanging equipment, which means they come ready to hang making it easier on you!
