When creating this original painting, “Congregate”, I wanted to it to give off a very grounded feeling. The inspiration for this painting comes from our desire to establish and be part of a community.
Some shapes flock together near a central object while others seem to float together toward different directions. Some shapes also hover around as if still in search for a crowd to become part of.
This is a hand-painted original and is a great piece to hang in places such as living rooms, bedroom, or entryways!
